What's the minimum order for custom apparel?

There's no minimum for 13" DTF prints — order one piece or one hundred. Embroidery starts at 6 pieces per design to keep pricing fair.

How long does turnaround take?

Most custom orders ship in 5–7 business days from artwork approval. Rush options are available — just mention it on your quote.

What file types do you accept for artwork?

Accepted Answer

Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .PDF, .SVG) are best. For DTF prints, high-resolution PNG with transparent background (300 DPI) also works great.

Can you match a specific brand color?

Yes. Send us a PMS code or hex value and we'll match as closely as the substrate allows. We'll always confirm with a mockup first.

What's the difference between embroidery and DTF?

Accepted Answer

Embroidery is stitched thread — premium, durable, and ideal for polos, caps, and jackets. DTF is a full-color heat-transfer print — best for detailed artwork, photos, and gradients on tees and hoodies.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship across the U.S. from our Gahanna studio. Local pickup is available too.

Can I bring my own garments?

Absolutely. We accept customer-supplied apparel for both embroidery and DTF. Just note we can't replace damaged items, so we recommend buying through us when possible.
